- 1 cup water
- 1 TBSP. flax seed (ground)
- 1 cup rasperberries
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup dandelion greens
- 1 TBSP. peanut or almond butter
- 2 tsp. lemon
- Mix all together in a blender. Enjoy!
