Ingredients
  1. 1 cup water
  2. 1 TBSP. flax seed (ground)
  3. 1 cup rasperberries
  4. 1 banana
  5. 1/4 cup dandelion greens
  6. 1 TBSP. peanut or almond butter
  7. 2 tsp. lemon
Instructions
  1. Mix all together in a blender. Enjoy!
