Sweet and Spicy Smoothie
A delicious kale, fruit, coconut water, avocado smoothie w/a spicy cayenne pepper kick delicious for dinner or anytime.

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup mango
  2. 1 cup blueberries
  3. 1 1/2 cups coconut water
  4. 1 cup kale
  5. 1 Tbsp. lemon
  6. 1/4 avocado
  7. 1/4 Tsp. cayenne pepper
  8. 1 Tbsp. flax seeds
Instructions
  1. Mix all together in a blender. Enjoy!
Notes
  1. This was the dinner smoothie in Dr. Oz's 3 day detox diet.
