Private Health Coaching
Your personalized health coaching program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

Your Program includes…
- Two, one-hour sessions per month either in my office or over the phone
- Nutrition, food and lifestyle counseling and recommendations
- E-mail support between sessions
- Motivational and emotional support
- Handouts, recipes and other materials
- Food samples, self-care products, and natural food therapies to alleviate conditions
- Daily health tips
- Access to a lending library of health and wellness books, CDs and DVDs Monthly Cost: $250.00/month – Payment is due first session of each month.

Group Health Coaching
- Same features and benefits of private health coaching program except sessions are one and 1/2 hrs. long.
- Plus you receive the benefit of the support from group members!
Cost Per Month/Per Person: $180.00 (Must have a minimum of 4 people/group.)
